Dayaraja is a yoga studio that offers mindfulness courses and meditation sessions.
They hold meditation practice nights every first Thursday of the month. And, their mindfulness course is the MBBR practice - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

With MSBR you will be practicing meditation, achtsamkeit and yoga. The themes of the course include:
